Description
Cottage cheese chips crispy crunchy are the ultimate low-carb, high-protein snack. With just cottage cheese and your favorite seasonings, you can bake or air fry these easy bites into golden, guilt-free crisps.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat is best, but any kind will work.)
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
2 tsp Everything But the Bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Spoon 1 teaspoon-sized dollops of cottage cheese onto the tray, spaced apart.
4. Sprinkle with onion powder or your favorite seasoning.
5. Bake for 25–30 mins (or air fry for 15–18 mins) until golden brown and crisp.
6. Let cool completely to finish crisping before serving.
Notes
For crispier chips, gently blot excess liquid from the cottage cheese before baking.
Store cooled chips in an airtight container with a paper towel to maintain crunch. Reheat in oven or air fryer for 3–5 mins to re-crisp.
