Description

This Cottage Cheese Chocolate Pudding is a creamy, high-protein dessert made with real ingredients and no refined sugar. It’s ready in minutes and perfect for a healthy snack or post-dinner treat.


Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more for sweeter)

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1 ripe banana

Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder


Instructions

1. Add cottage cheese, banana, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender.

2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.

4. (Optional) Add chocolate protein powder and blend again for extra richness.
